    On 12/3/2023, I contacted Secure Space Self Storage **** for assistance confirming my notification for my recent storage rate increase effective 1/1/2024. I spoke with the Brea site manager, ***, about my account. The manager refused to provide me with the requested contact number for the companys corporate office nor an upper manager to help assist with my issue. The manager also refused to provide me with her full name for my records and reported she must email customer service for any phone numbers for her upper management ************ informed me that I received a rate increase letter via mail and email on 11/30/2023, which I never received. I asked for verification of the reported email sent on 11/30/2023, but *** sent me a letter dated today, 12/3/2023, instead and stated she could only go by verbal confirmation of the companys noticing. I did not receive my 30-day rate change notification for my unit as required by ********** law. I informed *** that the last email I received from Secure Space Self Storage **** was on 11/17/2023 confirming my December 2023 invoice. I need assistance obtaining some form of formal verification that my rate change notice was provided on 11/30/2023 or a bill adjustment for my 1/1/2024 bill. As of today 12/3/2023, the only notification I have is the letter dated 12/3/2023 from the company. I also contacted Secure Space Self Storage customer service at ************** and was advised that the company did not have a corporate office number and voiced the only form of communication above the Brea site manager would be a customer service website provided for customer complaints. At this time, I cannot not confirm whether this manner will be assisted or heard by the appropriate parties. I reviewed my rate increase on the companys website and discovered my new rate of $197 for my current 10*10 unit is higher than the companys larger 10*15 units currently listed on their website.
