    I was sold an unsafe vehicle with previous electrical issues as new. Please review my letter to the dealer. They have not responded.
    Upon advice from the Airstream forums this weekend, I inspected the converter under the front sofa. I discovered numerous wires improperly connected, burnt wires, missing nuts, and loose screws throughout the compartment. Despite my efforts to secure the connections, the charging issue persists. These electrical problems are not factory defects but significant safety issues resulting from your dealership's negligence.
    Additionally, If I had not installed a TPMS monitor on the trailer before I left your dealership, I would have left your lot with all four tires underinflated by 30 pounds. The trailer also had a faulty router that the factory confirmed had been previously damaged by one of your employees. These issues, while concerning, pale in comparison to the current electrical hazard, which poses a severe fire risk.
    I was sold this vehicle as new, yet it was defective due to the shoddy electrical work and unresolved wiring disarray. This unit should never have been sold in such a condition. My family and I did not cause the problems, but they directly resulted from your company's negligence. These issues have rendered Airstream unusable and have caused significant financial hardship as I attempt to make necessary repairs through your factory. By selling me this compromised vehicle, you have potentially endangered my family and me.
    I have enclosed pictures showing the state of the electrical box as I found it, without any tampering on my part.
