No response was received from **************** Ranch 99 market.Currently **************** is still selling crabs at the same price I purchased it in a large tank. IN AUGUST, I ORDERED SOME ITEMS ONLINE, AND THOSE ITEMS CAME DAMAGED. AFTER CONTACTING THEM BOTH THROUGH PHONE AND EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES, THEY FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE MONEY. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF, AND STILL NO REFUND. I TRIED CALLING THEM AGAIN, AND THEY SAID IT WOULD COME, AND STILL NOTHING. THEY ALSO LIED TO ME REPEATEDLY.

I ordered a delivery from their online store. The item came damaged. I took photos and showed them all 8 items were damaged. They agreed to return the money. A month had passed and I still haven't gotten the refund. Their online support kept on avoiding me and lying to me. I kept on emailing them.asking for an update but they qould just ignore my emails. This is a super store and I don't understand why they make it so difficult. The consistent lying to their customers is what makes this whole thing even more frustrating. I am sure they are doing this to almost all of their customers. Such poor service.

l have bought four meat floss breads by EBT Food Stamp at 99 Ranch Market San ******* branch on September 10 which shows the expired date set by September 11. However, on September 11, after taking one portion of one of the four breads, my friend and l found out the stuff had been sour. Considering the unpredictable high risk of health, we stopped eating any one of them although the three rest of breads are still unopened. We took the four breads backing to the supermarket to make a claim on September 17 requesting for a refund. However, the staff manifestly disrespected us with impolite attitudes. And she only allowed to exchange. To be honest, how could the food store ask a victim to eat the same products again after such a disqualified food? Although I have lost the receipt, however, l have stated before the staff that my card transaction can proof the purchase and l have witness. As a matter of fact, I didnt commence return until l realized EBT transaction can proof my purchase. And by that time, it was only six days after we found out the issue. Not too far indeed. Now l request the company refund my total payment for this purphase and compensate 20 dollors for transportation fee and others.
