Order on groupon: 1000-149080-670361. Went for under eye filler and the results are terrible. They injected it in the wrong area and its left me with puffy under eyes. Its supposed to go in the tear trough and it was put in the middle area of the underside of my lower eye lid.. leaving me looking puffy. I also feel pressure in that area. If you're thinking of going here.. don't. I will now have to go to a board certified *** to have this fixed. This place should be investigated to see if they have the proper licensing and training and if the products are actually real or not. I want a full refund. I left a review on yelp as well and I filed a complaint with ******* with a picture of my result attached.Business Response

Board-Certified Professionals: All of our nurses are board-certified and extensively trained in aesthetic procedures, including dermal filler injections.
Authentic Products: We only use ***-approved and legitimate products sourced from trusted medical suppliers.
Client Follow-Up: We encourage all clients to schedule a follow-up appointment if they have any concerns about their results. Unfortunately, the client did not reach out to us before filing this complaint. Had they contacted us, we would have gladly evaluated their concerns and discussed appropriate solutions.

I made an appointment for laser resurfacing.The nurse said I'm at risk of hyperpigmentation.The nurse said the doctor will not prescribe me antibiotics after the procedure (burning of skin) even though I'm acne prone.No one called to set up an appointment anyway.I've asked for a refund and they say the manager has been on lunch (from 11:45 to 1:45 and she's still on lunch!)I paid $299 and want a full refund. Incident date Jan 19th 2023, location listed above in the ****************** **.Appointment to receive Lipo-C injection. This visit was my 4th injection, as these injections are weekly. These injections are administered by a certified nurse. I was seen by nurse ****. He began to prepare the syringe by using the big needle to withdraw the mixture liquid from the bottle. Then he changed the needle to the smaller/thinner needle. As he is doing this he tries to gaslight me, by telling me hes doing me a favor by changing the to a smaller needle just for me. I addressed to him, why wasnt he using any glove to prepare the syringe. He got upset and replied, are you a nurse? I put my gloves on when I about to injection you. **** grabs the cap to place on the syringe, he slightly pokes himself! I quickly bring that to his attention. Did you just poke yourself? ********** almost did. **** said I can give 2ml, if you like.I then replied are you trying to kill me?, I believe 1ml is fine **** reached towards my right glute, slight pinch with and by his hand, 3 seconds, then **** There! AND NO BLOOD!!.I tried to see the syringe off his hands but he hides it and quickly dispose of it into the red hazard container.I smelled the injection, but no pain? It was a cold day, so I thought ok, its weird I didnt feel anything. That shot is a painful shot every time.10-20mins later, I decided to check. There was absolutely no sign of entry. No injection was ever in my skin. I immediately called Eyecandy and spoke the lady, then I texted them thru ****** chat. I mentioned to them **** faked the injection. My complain was ignored, misaddressed, misunderstood.Their response was Our nurses chart every dosage before and after each shift, as you were the only lipo c today. .we did administer the dosage maam. See attachment I then asked for ***** last name, in order to properly report this. They have ignored me.This needs to documented, verified and reported.Business Response

I purchased 2 laser hair packages. 1 for my daughter and 1 for me. We completed the laser treatments on the schedule eye candy recommended. We both have all of our hair. I called eye candy and was told we needed to consult with our nurse. During the consultation our nurse told us it is not permanent hair removal. I read her the eye candy website stating it is permanent hair removal. I asked to speak to a manager. None were available. A manager was to call me that day. Its been over a week and no one has called me.
