    I placed an order (#****) from Major Craft on April 5, 2025. The item (a fishing rod) was delivered to me on April 15. I sent a cancellation request on April 8, and the seller responded by email saying I could return the product after receiving it, and would be refunded within 510 business days after they received the returned item.I shipped the product back at my own expense to the address they provided:MAJOR CRAFT RETURNS *************************************** According to the **** tracking, the returned item was delivered. However, I never received a refund of $208. I have emailed the seller multiple times, but received no response.I also filed a dispute with my credit card company (Bank of America), but they now say it's too late to process the ********* this point, I have returned the item, the seller received it, and I have not received any refund. I am requesting BBB to help resolve this issue and hold the seller accountable.

    Major craft *** sells fishing equipment. This equipment is covered by a warranty: ****************************************************************************************** My rod broke and I sent in a warranty claim via the webform above. I received no response. I followed up on ******** and email. I have attached the email correspondence below. I have received no further response. I would like the full amount of purchase refunded because the rod broke in the first year of usage: $157.68.
