For the past 4 to 6 months, I sweep the sidewalk, yard and the street and leave piles pf magnolia leaves, and some other garden related scraps.I wave the sweep man as he picks up the piles, no issue. Today 6/6, I made 3 piles 2x2and separated them. I see the driver get off. "Weird" I wonder If I left something. So I meet up with him, glad to see him, being polite I said "hola!," smiling. Only to get yelled at. Pist off holding a shovel, screaming at me, I should not leave these piles because the machine gets stuck.Pist!I'm confused, who is this guy? The other guy didn't have any issues. So I said, calm down, and stop yelling. IM NOT YELLING! *******. All I can feel was the embarrassment of all my neighbors looking thru the window. This non educated good for nothing, unexperienced with his machine, is mad at me! For what?He does multiple passes, and as he passes on the opposite side, he points with his middle and index finger at me. Is he saying I'm watching you?His manager calls me, apologies. After the call, I realized something. When I told the manager, "now what? I'm going to be watching my back? Trash isn't going to be picked up? Is he going to pass by after work? "He said," oh no, don't worry, I'll make sure he sweeps and does a good job.Realized Wait.....after that finger gesture which seems threatening. The manager is still going to let him pass by here? What kind of catel mafia management is this? Are they watching and targeting houses? Now I'm scared leaving this review!!!This happend near the park BBB is letting this happen aswell, D grade?

If there was a negative star option I would choose that. President of EDCO, your company needs to get your act together. **** DOES NOT pick up the trash. We've been calling several times a week yet the trash was not picked up for a month. This is ridiculous. The Buena ********* really needs to do something. Either fire the staffs that are not doing their job and *********** staffs. I am usually not the type to file any complaints but that is how ridiculous this all has been!!!!!!
