    In May: ** decided to purchase an in-stock forklift in ********** from the supplier, which was later found unavailable.May 31: Sales person suggested an alternative in-stock forklift in ******* and confirmed could be delivered to us soon.June 1: Order placed and signed for the Georgia forklift.June 14: Invoice received and payment made in full.June to October: Extended period of waiting without updates or communication from the company.October: Promised delivery but failed to materialize. During the waiting period, they delivered an rental equipment one for us to temporary use for free.November: Continued waiting with no updates, no email responses, or return phone calls.November 22nd, ** request for Contract Termination after six months of waiting and lack of communication.December 29: Unexpected notification of delivery, which we declined as the forklift was no longer needed.Jan 4th: Over a phone conversation, their sales manager said I should pay the rental fee if I need to terminate the purchase contract and I agreed and asked them to send me the rental invoice.January 10: Despite our previous communications, the driver and salesperson delivered the equipment to our facility without notice or our acceptance.This series of events has not only caused significant inconvenience and disruption to our business operations but has also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and regard for customer service. The failure to communicate effectively, adhere to delivery timelines, and respect our decision to terminate the contract is unacceptable.
