    Company has engaged in Potential Estimate Manipulation. I say Potential because no one at this company or **** will provide me with an explanation as to why the original estimate was adversely altered.

    My vehicle is at *********************** for repairs, but the body shop cannot proceed until a supplement repair request is approved by SCA and therefore the work has been on hold since last week. I've contacted SCA and I am still waiting for approval.

    Claim filed with my insurance company for my car(Esurance). I was redirected to SCA Appraisals for the approval of the supplement to get my car fixed. Claim was filed on 06/05/2022. I still do not have my vehicle. It has been 4 months. I was not about to get ahold of ******* at SCA for weeks. I was not able to get ahold of my claim adjuster over at Esurance for weeks as well. They stated that they approved the work but they only approved half of the amount. No one came out to look at the vehicle again after a supplement was requested again from either company. They have me playing phone tag back and forth between them and Esurance. Nothing is getting resolved. I am extremely frustrated and wanting to take legal action against either company.

    SCA Claims received the assignment to complete the appraisal for the consumer's vehicle in June 2022. We completed the inspection and estimate. The appraisal was delivered to the claims adjuster. During the same month we received a request to revise the estimate from the insurance carrier and completed the revision request.

    A supplement was reported in July 2022. We completed and delivered the supplement to the claims adjuster.

    A second supplement was reported in August 2022. We completed and delivered the supplement to the claims adjuster.

    A third supplement was reported in September 2022. We completed and delivered the supplement to the claims adjuster. The same month, we received a request to revise the estimate from the insurance carrier and completed the revision request.

    A fourth supplement was reported in October 2022. We completed and delivered the supplement to the claims adjuster.

    In November we received a request to revise the estimate from the insurance carrier and completed the revision request.
