    I dropped my car off to have a wrap and exhaust work done on 2/3/2022 and it was a back and forth fight to this day with horrible quality control and things broken and covered up. I have taken the car back to them 4-5 times and every time they break something or I find something they broke and tried to cover up. I don't want them to do this to anyone else.

    I worked with Sales Person **** ******* at West Coast Customs to arrange a rebuild of my **** ** ***. After weeks of emails getting all required details of the project; the cost came to ******** I had explored options with other Auto restoration places and knew this was a fair price for this kind of work. I signed a contract at that price and wired a ***** 'rendering' deposit to: West Coast *********** W Empire AveBurbankCalifornia Routing number: XXXXXXXXX Bank name ******** CHASE ***** ** Account number ******* Then, I arranged to have my Van Shipped and Paid ***** for shipping to California. As Soon as My Van got there **** ******* told me that the Invoice had been Changed and they they were now Asking for an Additional ******** with no clear indication on the new invoice to justify the cost. I have a copy of both Invoices. **** then started telling me a variety of horror stories about ****, the owner of West Coast Customs. He Said ****, and his right hand man ******* did not want to work on my Van at All, and that they did not care about what i had spent of shipping or the cost to return my Van. **** further told me they had no intention of paying me back my ***** "rendering" deposit. After a week of **** spinning more stories than a Tornado in a Library could create; (I mean... this guy is con-man extreme - in my opinion and experience) No choice left I once again Arrange Shipping of my Van, back to Texas. Again Paying ****** It cost me close to ****** in shipping and ***** 'rendering' deposit to be part of this incredibly unprofessional and extremely stressful experience. **** said they were going to refund the deposit. It has been 2 weeks and nothing has been returned to my account. I also never got any 'rendering' West Coast Customs motto is.. "We build peoples dreams" But all I got from them was a real Nightmare - Thats cost me *****!! People should not be allowed to conduct business this way. They stole money and cost me a lot of other money.
