    *************************************** company is falsely advertising its services. The website states it will remove inquiries within 24 hours. I paid the cost. There were 33 inquiries on my credit report. They only removed 4 because they filed a claim with Experian that it was identity theft. This was not something we discussed or agreed to. I asked them for a refund because it only deleted 4 inquiries and did not increase the score. They replied with a completely different tone that they can only delete inquiries not related to an account. This was not in the terms. They are refusing to refund my money.

    I signed up with them like 5-6 months ago and they said they will fix or do something with my credit within 2-3 months, so after 4 months I sent an email to cancel and try to get my money back, over $200 and they still do not answer me and keep trying to charged me a monthly membership, I believe they are a fraudulent company and I want all my money back from them,Sincerely,**************

    Claimed to help repair credit. After 3 months didn't have any updates or any changes. Checked my credit report ls and there was no disputes. Would not give refund. They just take your money to sign up and do no work for you.

    Nothing was done after 3 months and after I suspended payment they refused to address issue or share and report or progress despite numerous requests.

    I am supposed to see results before I pay yet paid for two months and no results and no disputes filed with any credit report agencies.
