There have been a problem with collection agencies not following business practices and also illegitimate businesses practices. Just because you have access to information ,does not mean I there is a right to access it, use it or claim possession of ****** Collection Consultant has a history of using unethical business practices. I have request from them the original documentation that they purchased a **** in my name from the person they say they purchased it from. This would include the name of both parties on the purchasing receipt , the date and the amount that they purchase the **** for. Thus far this business has violated 15 USC 6802 (b) and 18 1028 (A) and lastly 15 U. S . Code 1681i(5)by not providing me a copy of this original receipt.I would like the **** request varification specifically as Im ************* requesting a copy of the original receipt purchased to establish the **** collection.I do not want copies of my medical bill itself as this could have been acquired *************** request is for this company to provide the original copy of the **** they say they purchased.Business Response

The alleged debt with this company is invalid. I never received any written notification or validation of this debt from this company, which is my right under 15 USC 1692g. Please provide proof of certified mail receipt if this letter was in fact sent.This debt is invalid because I had insurance at the time of my visit and the bill was paid by insurance. We did not received notification of the rejection, hence the late response. Nevertheless, this consumer's account has been deleted from the credit reporting agencies, as it is medical debt, and CA passed legislation to remove all medical accounts credit reports.
