    I was sent only one of two items I ordered. I received a confirmation email for both items. Both items were listed on the packing slip, however one item the quantity ordered was listed as "0". That's the item I didn't receive. I was never alerted if the wasn't Available stock, and my confirmation email confirmed I pitched two items. I paid extra to get a plus size item. I sent an email about the issue around a week ago and have not received a reply.

    Placed an order through Chase Atlantic merch shop for my daughter as a Christmas gift knowing it would be late but it is now end of February and they just keep saying they will be shipping it within the week and then nothing. Every single time I email I get no response or the same its being sent out now. I dont really want my money back because the sweater was for my daughter that she really really wanted more than anything. Not a good business.

    My daughter placed an order for a t-shirt on website ***************** when the order arrived the address was missing a Zero and it was the wrong shirt. There was a packing slip inside with another customers name( ******* ***** from ****** *** We are in *** We just want to get the correct shirt. The only kind of contact info I could find was an email but, those keep saying they failed to deliver. It's been about 3 weeks. I've enclosed all info that I have regarding this website. My daughters info :
