I am an Amazon 3rd party seller. I received multiple warning emails and I responded to them. From one day to the other, my Amazon store was shut down. I keep trying to contact them but it is very difficult to get an email back, there is no call number, and their live chat on their website stops responding back whenever I tell them who I am. What a disgusting way to run a business.

For bullies like these is these small business disappear, they just constantly harass and bother honest small businesses with claims of selling fake product even when clear proof of purchase is provided. Hopefully this business will never be accredited by BBB or nay one with honor and dignity

This company claims to work for clients to prevent fraudulent sales but they are the frauds. They made a fake Ebay account (created 2 months ago with a zero feedback rating) to harass me and others and to threaten me over TWO water bottles brand new with packaging/label still on, that I sold because I didn't need them. I wasn't acting as a reseller, I was doing what millions of people do everyday, sell things they don't need. If I was selling 20+ bottles, I could understand the suspicion but this is ridiculous. What kind of legitimate company questions the sale of TWO water bottles? These people are scamming for people's personal information. According to Ebay, the account set up by these people goes against their terms of service and my complaint has been escalated to their fraud department. VantageBP demanded proof that I was selling a legitimate item and I submitted my receipt not realizing I was giving these scammers my personal information. Their Ebay profile says they are in Georgia, but their business profile here on the BBB says California. I have informed the company they claim to represent how they operate and tomorrow will be filing a police report. I didn't want to choose any stars but it was required. Consider this a zero star report.
