    I noticed yesterday before i went to bed that money was taken out of my bank account from
    Disney***** **** ******* ** Disney********,and the thing is i cancelled my subscription to that service a couple months back,if you'd be able to figure out a to refund my money back,and find out what the cause of the charge was that'd be appreciated,oh and the account i used to purchase was deleted by me,and before i closed out that email,i ended that Disney **** subscription,so yeah-could ya help me out please and i would very much appreciate you guys finding out a way to prevent me from being charged in the future.
    Important information:
    I got charged on 12/15/22.
    I got charged $10.99 to my bank account.
    I don't have a tracking number because of my account being deleted.

    We reached out to the fan in regard to their complaint. The fan provided partial card number so we can further investigate. After further investigation, we found a subscription under **************************** We canceled the subscription on their behalf and provided a refund on December 19th for the latest charge that occurred on 12/15. We advised them that they should receive the refund in 3 to 5 business days. Fan was appreciative for assisting them.

    Hello, so emailed asking why I am being charged ****** a month, but their site-shown disney+ pricing shows their price as: ****** a month. Didn't get a response from this company, and it's been 5 days as of placement of this review.

    Extra that I am paying may not seem much, but every month they're ripping me off by one-dollar fifty-six-cents. You then do a month-to-month-month to-year-end-pricing calc, and you'd realize, as I am now realizing that's 20 bucks just swiped off my card. Evidently and concerningly I am paying an unfair price and reiterating they are not returning my emails /making right of situation.

    I am expecting for them to do the right thing and send me refunds for every month to date where they'd taken more money than they should have. Refund me else I report to more places, And or else this review shall stick on here forever.

    The disney corp has been sent art pieces by myself and the tax revenue made from the art pieces was to go at schools also Road construction etc. This has not been done.

    For the last 2 Months I have had money taken out of my bank account from Disney plus Burbank ? I have no clue what this is " but I No I didn't subscribe to this I am a mother on my own trying to make a living and can't afford what these people are doing " just think if there taking out 12:99 a month they could take more ! Please Help

    Good Evening -

    We have reached out to the fan on several occasions via email to assist to resolve their complaint. As we attempted to look up her account using the email address (*********************). We were unable to find any Disney+ subscription associated with this email address.

    We asked them for more information such as the last 4 digits of their card and their billing zip code. The fan provided ***** & zip code XXXXX. We were still unable to find any subscription associated with this email.

    We asked for more information such as the first 6 digits (BIN number) of the card that was charged. Fan did not provide stating that they provided everything including screen shots of the transactions from the bank statement. The information from their banking statement does not provide any pertinent information that we can used.

    We have attempted to ask for more information which we have continue not to receive from the fan. With the information that they provided last 4 digits and zip code along with what was requested but not given (first 6 digits), we can further investigate with our commerce team.

    At this time, we are at an impasse **** the fan. We have let them know that since we are not able to find any subscription with the information that was provided, we suggest that they file a dispute claim through their bank/card processor.

    I Gave them all they asked for and they kept telling me with my Email address and Home address phone number and last 4 digits from my bank card that they could not find any account with them ! I sent them pictures from my bank account were they deducted it out of my account " but they were not Helpful at all " and they was very **** ' I contacted the Main Truist office Today and got my ****** back from them and had it fixed to we're they cannot take anymore out ! Thank You BBB for listening to my complaint and Trying to help . P.s if you Google there company name it brings up lots of other people asking why these people are Taking money out of there account ?     The amount my Bank paid me yesterday was 27.98 That is the same amount that Disney Burbank charged my Card .
    There was a ERRO in yesterdays amount . I am Happy with my results From Truist Bank !
