    I bought the full boxed set of Supernatural on DVD...back in January...from ebay...and I've been having issues. Most of the discs have skipping or freezing errors...on all four of my DVD players...and several of the discs are cracked...to the point where it isn't safe to play them. The seller was nice enough to refund me $23.00 for the first season...when I told her that the first disc froze...but...I've now passed the point where I can return the whole set. I've already had to replace three separate sets...and separate discs...when I can find them... spending more than I did on the full boxed set in the first place. The outer box was manufactured cheaply...looking like it's falling apart...and the plastic cases are too tight...to the point where I'm afraid of breaking the discs just taking them out...and two discs cracked when I tried to put them back in the case...and I wasn't even pressing that hard. I spent $85.00 total on that set...and I expect all of the discs to work correctly. Warner Brothers should give me another set for free. I sent them an email to explain the problem...but...of course...I didn't get a response. I've also had problems with other Warner Brothers DVD sets...with skipping and freezing issues. There's no reason for this. Warner Brothers should have better manufacturing processes.

    I tried again...and sent another email to Warner Brothers...to the correct email address this time...and they are shipping a new DVD set to me next week. Thanks for the information. ;)

    This the Most Lousy by Putting on LIVE TV FOR ALL THE CHANNELS THEY HAVE CONTROL OF.... ALL THEY BEEN PUTTING ON RERUNS RERUNS RERUNS RERUNS OF NAKED AND AFRAID, SMUGGLERS, DRUGS, DEADLY CATCH, LIFE BELOW ZERO WICKED TUNA, SO ON... THERE ARE PUTTING NAKED AND AFRAID ON ANIMAL PLANTED.... I YET TO SEE NEW SHOWS THAT NEVER BEEN AIRED ON THOSE CHANNELS THEY OWN.... I DO NOT STREAM I HAVE ONLY CABLE... I LIKE TO KNOW WHY

    Stop censoring your stuff. it's disgusting to see the dune and other things be "re written for a modern audience" i'm no purist but Dune fans, and even those who aren't DESERVE THE FULLEST EXPERIENCE. to not do that is to fail in diversity, equality, equity and inclusiveness. the censorship is not popular and many cultural critics, both novice and professional DON'T LIKE IT. the average person doesn't like it. Now one could critique that as an appeal to the masses and numbers and therefore is falacious reasoning. but what about first principles? no one is better served by these changes. you can do all those things and more with anti censorship anti bowdlerization practices.

    They sell their movies with the promise of a digital copy inside the box, but more often than not, the digital code has already expired before the date of purchase. In this case, it's The Batman. They put the expiry date in fine print and bury it on the back of the box, to justify their anti-customer tactics, allowing them to make a sale at full price without actually having to deliver what they sold.

    It appears that the retailer incorrectly shipped older inventory with an expired digital insert. We reviewed the retailer's product description and confirmed that they do not advertise this copy with a digital code. If an active digital code is included, the retailer's product description will state "Digital" or "Digital copy". Since the retailer did not advertise this title with "Digital", there is no expectation that an active digital copy would be included with your purchase, regardless of whether the retailer shipped old inventory.

    My digital copy cannot redeem since it is expired. Their customer support cant give me a replacement. I bought it at target during its Black Friday sale 2021. The title is *********** the movie.

    As we informed the customer, the digital offer for this title expired on 6/30/2022. The expiration date is clearly indicated on the o-ring sleeve. Unfortunately, we are not able to renew or replace expired codes.

    They keep canceling 3D screenings to movies they already have a 3D Master too. Here are some examples:Birds of Prey (2020)Scoob! (2020)Mortal Kombat (2021)Reminiscence (2021)Matrix Resurrections The Batman (2022)The Flash (2023)It's not fair that these 3D movies never see the light of day in 3D screenings in theaters nor 3D Blu-ray because of Cronyism and/or Nepotism. Plus these movies keep seriously underperforming in the ********** for it, thus bringing in less money into the economy.To this date there has been no ********** release of the 3D copy of a lot of their 3D Movies. Not on Vudu nor 3D Blu-ray or anything.We use to have consumer protections in place via government regulations during *****'s presidency. But from what I understand, there was a lot of government deregulations in the late 2010's, as early as 2017. We need those government regulations restored.

    Racist company "See No Evil" a show produced by Warner Brothers has proven once again that the left is racist.. This is not a left wing or right wing comment.. this is fact.. A murderer in **************** .. who beat a woman driver until her friend jumped out of the car to confront him and was stabbed to death.. was referred to as .. get this .. AFRICAN AMERICAN".. IN ******?????? Ok lefties.. tell me again who the racists are? Shame on ID network. The ******************** completed the investigation.. but why is the killer referred to as "African American"? The political correctness and lies of a devisive coward class who don't call murderers what they truly are.. and instead choose the propagandist way?? Shame on you.. I don't care if the people involved are white, blue, green, black, orange.. They are murderers.. The fact that this network had to use the term.. African Americans is disgusting. These were *********.. Black people throughout ******* should be outraged.. but?? ****.. God speed to the gentleman murdered.. Color does not define a killer.. hate and cowardice does.

    Won't let me download a digital copy of the show I purchased on Blu-Ray DVD's less than two weeks ago, saying the code expired. Terrible customer service and very unhelpful overall. Not sure why a company can decide to no longer offer a downloadable copy of a show they say you can download because a certain date has passed, but the whole thing was a bad experience. I'm not getting what I paid for and they've sent three emails to tell me why they can't do anything other than suggest I go complain to the seller of the DVD's rather than them who controls everything that is wrong in this situation. Why even have a "help" button on the site? I'll do my best to avoid giving them anymore business but unfortunately they're a large business so they'll likely force me in the future via monopoly.

    Bought the early release Hogwarts game and was one of over 900 who couldn't not play the game after it shuts down once you reach the seizure warning page. and i say 900 because anytime you reach out to them they send an automated message saying to report it on the bugs page, where over a thousand people have also reported the problem. And all it says from the company is "under investigation" so i paid nearly $85 after taxes to play a game early with bonus content, for other players who did get into the game reported problems with the early release purchase bonus content. All information capable of being verified by the very same bug page everyone is being referred to. No attempts have been made for renumerations despite if you tallied all the players purchases together you would be at over $8,000. And this is not including if you spent time on their twitch live drops, whish was almost 3hrs of time spent to attain bonus content.If i could give them 0 stars i would

    Started playing hogwarts legacy, I honestly think the game is great and was having lots of fun playing it. Until I got the the TAKE THE BISCUIT quest. I had discovered that area before reviving the quest. I opened the cage before hand and seen there was nothing in it wondering if something would spawn. Then I received the quest and after taking out the bandit camp was prompted to free biscuit but because the lock is gone I can not. The thing that’s extremely frustrating is I bought the deluxe edition and was so excited to play this game and had every intention of 100% completing this game. But with this bug in the way I can not. Please help.
