    Bad experience. Placed an order for custom stickers. Verified proofs multiple times. Logo came out way off center. Contacted company via their website with a bunch of photos. Was told I need to email them with a photo in PDF format (seriously?) of the issue. Emailed them to the email address provided multiple times, emails kept bouncing back. Logged another complaint via their website. Received a reply that it was only off center by 1/16 which according to their terms and conditions is ok. However, since they are being very nice they are offering me $10 Store credit toward my next order!

    In reality it was way more than 1/16th off, entire logo was off centered. I even sent photos with a ruler measuring each side. Just wanted to get issue corrected, this company doesnt seem to value their customers.

    This order was for stickers that measured 1.5 x 2.5 inches. We are a gang run printer, what that means is that we print 30 to 40 different orders with the same paper stock and quantity on huge sheets which are then cut to size, and in this case because the order was for oval shapes, then die cut. Because of the possibility of a shift during the cutting / die cutting process, we reserve a 1/16 inch cutting tolerance for the products, which can be more noticeable on smaller items. As a one time courtesy, we have already arranged with the customer to reprint the stickers, on the understanding that if there is another shift that is under our tolerance, no further accommodation will be offered.

    I ordered on July 29th of 2022. I ordered business cards and magnets for my car. I sent them one file for all prints. The actual business cards were one color, the reorder stick of the card on the inside of the box was another, and the magnets were different than both. Three different colors in total. When I asked them about it on August 9th 2022, they told me it was my fault for sending them the wrong type of file. I could see that being the case if all items were the same color. But no, they were all different colors. Either someone on their end made a mistake or someone on their end is incompetent. As an accredited *** business myself, I know the requirements to be accredited. How is this worthy of an honest or ethical business? Again, a 1 star rates business that has an excellent rating from the ***. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm ashamed to even be accredited business by you. But I have to keep my word. Even when neither of you are.

    The customer placed 2 orders 7/29 for business cards and car magnets. Even though the same file was used for both, the files were in the wrong color profile and were converted to the correct color profile by our system, however that can cause a shift the color. As an example, the same file could be converted 5 times and have a different color each time, this is one of the reasons we ask for files in the **** color format to help prevent issues like this. Also, as stated on the website, we do not color match and we are unable to match the colors on the car magnets and the business cards, especially as they are printed separately of different printers using different processes. Our Quality Control department has already reached out to the customer to advise of these issues. Thank you
