      3-7-2022 AIR MAX HVAC INC. INSTALLED AIR CONDITION UNIT, THEY CHARGED ******** WHEREBY THEY TOOK ******* DEPOSIT AND THE REST ******** WAS PAID BY A CHECK **** ON *********
      ON X-XX-XXXX THEY DEPOSITED AGAIN THE SAME CHECK **** FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF *********
      THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY TRIED TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT AND OTHERS BUT UNFORTUNATELY AS I WRITE THIS LETTER THEY HAVE NOT REVERSED THE PAYMENT OR THEY CAN WIRE TRANSFER THE MONEY SINCE THEY GOT MY CHECK WHICH HAS THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE ROUTER NUMBER PRINTED ON THE CHECK. I BELIEVE THIS MAYBE FRAUD EMBEZZLEMENT, THE OFFICE GIRL TODAY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THEY MADE THE SAME MISTAKE WITH OTHERS. I ALSO SPOKE WITH ******* WHO IS THE MAIN GUY IN CHARGE HE PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT WHAT THE OFFICE GIRL TOLD ME I DOUBT I WILL GET MY MONEY.
      THE ONLY WAY AT THIS TIME IS TO GO TO COURT.

      Dear Sirs.

      In regards to ************************ we had expressed many times our regrets for this confusion. The checks, for some reason, where not branded on the back on the original deposit, therefore we believed they  have not been deposited yet and processed the deposit again. As soon as we learned of it we contacted the bank and asked them to reverse the deposit on many occasions but they would not do it, saying it has to go through regular processing and will get reversed automatically. They assured us it would be done as soon as the automated system catches on the mistake. We explained this to ************************ and we were on good communication with him never denying our mistake nor that he is due his money back. we just asked patience of him until the bank makes the corrections. It was corrected about a week or two later and the funds got deposited back in his account. We apologized many times and we apologize again for the inconvenience that ************************ experienced. We are currently taking additional measure and steps to make sure this mistake does not happen again. Thank you
