    Scam artists!!! They sent us a lost/stolen Playstation 5 (sold off of *******.com as a third party seller). We called Playstation customer support and they tracked the serial number on this device as lost/stolen. We called ******* customer support and they told us to return the PS5 back to a Wal-Mart store and they would initiate a refund from Proelectronics Distributing Inc. Oh, low and behold, we receive an email last night from Proelectronics saying that they received the PS5 but that they have no records of that device ever being in their inventory or sold by them. Of course they say this! Just looking at reviews this is a very commonly scam they run. And why ******* continues to work with this company is beyond me! This company needs shut down immediately! We will be filing a police report as well! Calling credit card company and reporting them as fraudulently taking money from our card as they sent out a stolen Playstation 5! Because of course we can't get a refund from Proelectronics distributing inc. Oh, and, tried calling their customer support at all hours of the day, every day of the week and NOBODY answers! You can only email them. Shame on you ******* for working with this terrible company!
