  My rating reflects the distressing experience I had with EPIC ****************** Upgrades. Last July, we engaged them to address a roof leakage is***. They proposed a roof replacement for a **** sqft area, costing $30K. As busy professionals, we trusted their expertise and promptly paid the full amount.However, this year, we noticed a leak and sought their assistance. Their customer service was disappointingly inadequate. Despite numerous requests, they failed to send a representative to inspect the is***. The project manager, located 400 miles away, was unresponsive to our calls.In response, we hired certified roof inspectors. After persistent requests, EPIC Roofing finally sent two contractors to investigate. The inspectors identified that the leakage was due to a failure to secure the interface areas between the garage roof and the main house. The contractors acknowledged the error and assured us of a fix.Days later, the project owner denied responsibility for the oversight. Despite providing them with the third-party inspectors contact, there was no follow-up.From this ordeal, I learned two things:1.EPIC Roofings inspection and project planning are inadequate. They knew our primary concern was to fix the leak, yet their proposal did not address this. They incorrectly assured us that a roof replacement would resolve the is***. This oversight was immediately identified by other companies.2.Their post-installation support is non-existent. It was nearly impossible to get their staff to visit for clarification. The project owner did not even inspect the is*** in person and rejected any remedial plans, despite their contractors admitting the mistake.If youre a busy professional, I advise caution when dealing with this company. They may operate under different names, Roofing. #: *******. EXP: 5/31/2025. While Im not planning to *** due to my busy schedule, I hope my experience serves as a warning to potential customers.

  We called Epic since we had a leak in our roof, the tech came and found 5 major leaks and recommended replacing our roof. We took a few days to think bout it and decided to go with his recommendation.The ******* and the team did a great job and the whole project took about 7 days (we have a big roof). They also installed gutters free of charge which is awesome!

  A great experience at a great price! Very happy with the whole team from sales, to demos, to carpenters, roofers, and painters and the clean-up of A1 all the way. The owner is 100% accountable for the work, if things aren't right, he makes them right!

  Read the contract you sign. If you read the contract this company makes you sign, you should see the red flag of why the contract is so detailed like that. They failed me 4 times in the work they did after wasting ****** dollars. ** doesn't know how to calculate the proper amount of solar panels, and if you speak with his workers you will see how they even know he doesn't know what hes talking about. **' only job is to convince you to go with his company. After installing my solar panels and still receiving around the same 300+/- bill from ******, ** tried to convince me ****** was wrong, when ****** told me he installed the wrong amount of panels. ** spoke with a specialist to realize he installed the wrong amount of panels. He initially told me he over compensated the amount of panels I need for future added electrical devices. He sent me an e-mail stating he apologized for installed the wrong amount of panels but will discount me **** for having 7 more panels installed. I spent ****** already!! Had I know the total cost of panels, maybe I would have reconsidered the project in general. He failed to install the right size ac and heating as well, and he failed to install my windows correct the first time. He left one of my windows unlockable for weeks, Anyone could have pushed my window and it would have been completely open. He failed to bring the correct sliding door, he blamed the manufacture instead of himself for not inspecting his products before attempting to install them. He will say anything to make a sale, but he himself does not have any expertise, he is only the customer service sales person. He failed me completely, now I'm stuck with an ********************* for 300 and the financing for 300, worse off than I was before when I was trying to eliminate my electric bill, I ended up having a total of 600 a month for 12- years. BUYER BEWARE!! READ YOUR CONTRACT AND DON'T TRUST HIM. HAVE HIM WRITE HIS PROMISE IN HIS CONTRACT...HE WONT BECAUSE HE LIES!
