    We have been a customer of an ********************** subsidiary for a number of years which has been fine because they just took our money without us needing much from them. I began trying to make changes in March of 2023, SOME of the changes were finally finished in August of 2023. I had to figure out how to login myself to make the remaining changes. Additionally, we had paid our annual subscription in December of 2022, ended up being charged a second time in February of 2023. **** said he would get the refund taken care of and it never happened. He has been ignoring my calls and emails for months now regarding the overpayment. I just found a THIRD charge for what was already covered by the December 2022 payment. Earthrise Multimedia, Electricitysites.com, chapelsites.com, connectedword.com and i'm sure other scam sites are all tied in with *********************.

    Company is charging us for hosting emails we don't have access to.

    On 6/17/22, I talked to ****** in accounting who told me to email *************************** to see if we could access our email; and to email *************************** to cancel the service. ******************* is not a valid domain. *********************** is not a valid domain.

    Also on 6/17, I submitted a contact form and received an auto reply from ****************************** that they received my email and it was ticket #XXXXX. On 6/28 i responded to the auto reply asking for an update. I also sent them my original email from 6/17.

    On 7/20, I submitted another form and received an auto reply with ticket #XXXXX. On 7/21 I responded to the auto reply and again pasted my original message from 6/17. On 7/28, I again responded to the auto reply asking for an update. On 8/1, I again asked for an update, and I also called (XXX) XXX-XXXX, pressed 1 for tech support, and left a voicemail.

    At best this company is unresponsive. At worst they're scamming us and other small churches. I believe the worst is true, and Church of the ****** ******************** needs help 1) getting a response and 2) canceling our service. I don't know where to turn and am thankful for any support you can offer us. With thanks, ********
