      A missing luggage from ***** *** ***** that Swissport is their agent and handler in ***** *******. The Swissport agent didn’t file the missing luggage form and lied to me after I filled the for for him. He promised to follow up with an email and guarantee that he will forward the suitcase (the missing luggage) to me at the nearest airport to where I live. I called several times and left messages and no answer like they don’t exist. I reached out to ***** *** ***** and they want help me unless I have a claim number filed by Swissport agent. It has been three mo th now and the problem persist and still don’t have my suitcase.

      Swissport: AWB 235-00079590 I HAVE MY ***** CAME TO ***, THE ***** OF JANUARY AND STILL NOW BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM MANY TIMES, THEY DON'T RESPOND THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO DRIVE FROM ******* TO *** TO GET MY ***** BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID, THEY CAN'T GIVE TO ME.. SO I RETURNED TO ******* WITH EMPTY HANDS..THEN LATER ON I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO PAY STORAGE FEE OF $791 WHICH I DID PAY.. AFTER I PAID THE STORAGE THEN I CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM I SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR ****** AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO MOVE THE ***** TO ******* I WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS FOR THE ***** TO ARRIVE AND NEVER ARRIVED, THE NEXT THING WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN TO CHECK..... THEY SAID AGAIN I NEED TO PAY MORE MONEY..I AM TIRED OF THIS CAUSE IT HAS CAUSE ME TRAUMA... THEY HAVE LIED TO ME SO MANY TIME

      Not sure how they are even legally aloud to operate. I plan on reporting the deceptive business practices to the faa. They have had possession of my bag according to my airline and do not provide any way of contact. Ive called over 10 numbers Ive been given for Swissport. None answer. I cant even tell if this is a legitimate company or they are stealing my bag. We are on a trip not able to enjoy anything due to the fact Swissport is in possession of all of our belongings. We on top of that are spending hours and hours contacting air Canada and Swissport for a resolution.
