    I beg to differ!  My wife has made contact with golden state on several occasions.  She has spoken to *****!  She has informed them about the missing information and the delayed payment.  Golden state hasn't followed through on several things. Including requests for image's and personal information.  My wife requested this information 7 times.  The information that was finally given,  is still not complete and not what was requested!  

    My wife has made many calls to our insurance, ********** Blue shield. Following though with information and answers to questions they had ask!   She followed up with a call to Golden state to give them an update.

    We NEVER received a call from Golden state regarding my statement.  We realized that it has taken some time for the ************* to make a payment. But lack of information makes it difficult to know what is correct. Also my wife has given our ************* Phone numbers and her contact person at Golden State. 

    I had two surgeries, one on each leg.  Billed separately,  there were no issues with the other statement.

    I really do not appreciate the way this incident has been handled.  And the lack of truth!

    If Golden state would have made contact this would have never been reported to collections!
