    I was charged for a service with Avira which i was told would be cancelled. Eventually after trying for 2 weeks straight i was given a partial refund. That is not my concern. The main concern here is when i then attempted to remove avira from my computer, my computer crashed and got the blue screen of death (windows). I was eventually able to revert back to a much older restore point, however avira is magically still on my computer and i am unable to remove it. Now, ironicaLLY, it actually is hidden so when i go to uninstall programs it does not even show up! My computer has constantly been crashing, and has not worked even close to the same as before i used their program. I just want my computer to go back to how it was before they infected it.

    Theres no transaction made, and wont be one. Ive been receiving several different types of messages that are harassing me and telling me they own my phone and myself, ordering me to do things to purchase protection from SPAM MESSAGES.I have been using an iPhone for several years, and this is a new one, iPhone 13 Pro, and I have been deleting and reporting them as SPAM within the same program on each message I can where Apple provides the option to report it, I use it to report them, each time. I started taking photos of the messages in case it revolves around a current harassment and attempted murder conspiracy currently happening to me via government surveillance thats illegal to use on me, as an American. Which is why I also want to document this for myself and anyone else going through the same thing. Nobody should be told what to do by any business. Specifically one which acts as though theyre connected to APPLE or ******* (Apple phone with ******* carrier) who can turn my phone off without my permission and against my will and rights. If this is not resolved here and now I think Ill follow through with a lawsuit like I told them after the first few messages I got, causing me damages per se. The harassment in itself is damaging to me and an attack on me as a HEATHEN ASATRU PRACTITIONER we do not supplicate nor bend our knee to anyone. This express order, as such, is a religious attack, I believe, due to said surveillance involving ************************* who ordered Christians to be cyber warriors. As heathens are a Christians supposed enemy, now, per say, needing cyber warriors and ninjas ***** calls them, I believe Ive been being attacked my them and is not only a violation of business ethics but civil rights lawsetc.Which is why I want to follow through with this initial complaint via the better business bureau.
