      August 2024 was my last appointment. Unfortunately my counselor rejected our appointment cause either didn't do the survey before even though I filled out the paper they gave me and said I was good to go for the appointment. I was a wreck. We got on call and I was crying she completely dismissed me and was very cold. I'm so happy I'm not suicidal cause two months ago that would have seriously pushed me over. I have never felt so embarrassed or ashamed in my life for seeking help, not even after I was raped. Maybe try and pretend to care. Thank you for making me never want to get help again it's definitely not work it. My counselor at the time was ******* *******

      I had Lyra benefits through My work- I answered a few questions and they gave me some therapist options. After going through a handful of sessions (that was heavily paperwork based) my therapist said I needed more intense help and referred me to another therapist. I found out Lyra forces you to see their in house therapists first (unless you find a therapist on your own who accepts Lyra) before you can see a contracted therapist who often are much better. This apparently is to get them save more money so they can upcharge the companies they promote to. Its shady and unethical in my opinion.

      How can they legally maintain my account and charge me $167.00 per month through my insurance and not allow me to book appointments due to technical errors? Isnt that stealing? Now, I really feel like I am crazy and need therapy! *********************!
