    Very happy with our pups haircut and grooming. Very nice groomers and I.V. Looked beautiful when they were done. Ill definitely be using them again.

    Scheduling the appointment was easy but the rest of the service was HORRIBLE. My appointment was booked for 3pm and I received a text message from the groomer at 10:30am asking if they could move my appointment to 10:40am as they were "in the area".. of course the sooner the better so I accepted. Then an Alpha Pet Grooming van pulls into my driveway. Odd, as I booked with Mutt *****. Apparently they are ******* Companies".. When the groomer introduced himself, he did not speak any English. I had showed him a picture of how I wanted my ********** Shepherd groomed and needless to say, these people have ZERO skills and I paid $232 to get my dogs hair shaven off.. Im not sure what happened during my dogs 3 hour grooming but her nails were not properly trimmed, paw pads were still outgrown, the shaven down hair was uneven and now my dogs beautiful coat is gone.. HIGHY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Overpriced and under skilled

    This place is terrible. **** showed up 2 hours early without notice to groom our cat and we couldnt communicate what we wanted because of a complete language barrier. After the session, I noticed our cat was hiding and not coming out for dinner, and when I was finally able to coax him out, I noticed he was limping. I looked at his paws and multiple quicks were cut and bleeding on all 4 paws. Absolutely rage inducing and completely unnecessary. This cat has pink/clear nails where you can clearly see the quicks and he cut multiple. They are raw and way too short.Then there was a complete lack of attention to detail, kept referring to my pet as a dog, would text and then call my phone a minute later if I didnt text back immediately that moment when scheduling initially and then no notice regarding them showing 2 hours early?! Shady, unprofessional and unsafe. Do not give this business your money or put your animal under their care.
