    The owner and director ** was very rude. Me and about 6 others went there for skills and written testing. I have never been treated so bad in my 62 years of life, and I literally mean my 62 years. She did not discriminate. She was disrespectful to the entire group that I was with on that date. I was humiliated and so was the rest of group. She spoke to us as if we were less than, she also yelled and slammed things on the table. She did not introduce herself and when I asked what her name was she rudely asked "why did I want to know her name, and I stated that I would just like to address you by name and it's nice to know who my tester is. She replied that she was the owner and director and I only needed to deal with that ***** over in the bed. I asked her why did she need to yell, and she stated that she can if she wanted too. I just couldn't put my finger on why she would be an instructor and the need to insult her clients like so. I see the other reviews and I believe that the reviewers are stating true experiences, but for us that came in just for testing she was a entirely a different beast, and I mean beast. she had me very nervous and I would never recommend anybody to go there for testing. The husband and son however were very polite. I truly believe that she passed me for 1 that I did know my stuff, but I believe even if I did not she was going to pass me, due to my strong personality and knew I was going to write to the BBB to report her. I am also going to write to the BBB and to ****. She should not treat people as if we are unworthy or beneath her.
