    After reaching a trendsetter goal of a million dollar closet, when I went to click on claim and the whole game crashed. I opened the game back to find my account hadn't been credited the ***** diamonds owed or the ****** dollar prize. I've sent several messages and no response. I've sent screenshots to prove this, both of the reward screen and my closet and diamond value. People spend real money in this game and it's gets more expensive every month. Somehow every month they find a way to charge for something that should be free and then it's a glitch or something and you never get your prizes or they give crappy prize. ****** crowns for a bathing suit that 169 dollars. I just want what I worked all season for. My **** diamonds and my 34 thousand dollar bracelet

    Horrible and unethical business practices. Many glitches that are not fairly compensated and despite prizes being fairly won we receive nothing or far less than what we were guaranteed. People spend real money on this game and the developers are making sure our money is unfairly wasted due to issues on their own end that they refuse to make right.

    Every month there is a new issue that costs me money. This month they have literally stolen us! They are not honest and I want to make an official complain about their bad practice.

    I love this game, but am currently not able to open it. Was told to send an email for help. It was returned as not able to be delivered. Now after ***************************************** and I see so many different issues that people are having.

    They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their Covet Fashion Game is always s******* up in one way or another. We put tickets in, they ignore the tickets. It's ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

    This company just took in app prizes away after accumulating the prize for years. They claim it was a glitch and gave a very small compensation. I think they gave me a little over 100 tickets - I earn over a 100 **** tickets a day. I only spend about 75 a day so all those extra tickets were saved since 2018. 5 years of tickets. How can a gaming company take away prizes and then not compensate their customer accordingly?
