There's no specifiic staff person in charge of adding and balancing books for payments received. In fact there are several persons tampering with the books and payments. They are inexperienced and rack up unauthorized charges. Which breech contract. Such practices as not adding payments made. There properties currently do not have anyone responsible for them. Repairs are not done. It took three months for someone to fix defected plumbing and two months to repair broken heater in the dead winter months.
