    Item was never received, was informed item was delivered by **** but I have searched everywhere the item was never found. **** informed me that I have insurance on this package and that I can receive credit for it through the company and receive a replacement for the item. I tried contacting the company several times and there has been no response. It has been 4 months since I ordered and was supposed to receive this item and to this day I still did not receive it. It is absolutely nowhere to be found at all. I keep going back and forth with **** but they keep telling me that I have to resolve this matter with the company even though they are the ones who lost the package.

    Hello, I am sorry but  there is a huge mistake. You have the wrong DermaSolutions.  I am the owner of DermaSolutions The Skin Spa in **********, **********. I am the only Esthetician working in  this business and  provide facial services  in  Burlingame, **********. I do not have a online shopping website. I do not take orders or have any items to ship.
