    Deluxe Windows has zero accountability, zero empathy, and lack of basic business skills.It has been over 1 year since beginning a project, and 100% of the windows and sliding doors have unresolved problems. Screens are missing; windows don't stay open because the wrong balances were ordered and not even checked before installation; questionable installation left interior and exterior cracks in walls.My biggest complaint is that ***** refuses to communicate: It takes multiple emails and multiple months to get a single reply that offers no information or inclination to help resolve my issues as a customer who's already paid. Leaving a negative review on social media got him to respond once, and engaging with the much-more-responsive ********* location got him to respond once. He repeatedly blames window hardware problems on the manufacturer but doesn't communicate effectively with them to promote resolution. Meanwhile, I reached out directly to the manufacturer and resolved those supply issues myself with a single email.I originally chose this business due to competitive pricing, but learned the hard way that you get what you pay for... or in this case, even less. Stay away.
