    Ordered a grill cover and received what we ordered. However, it is not the product we thought we were getting. (Ordered wrong thing) Trying to return our item. Sent an email and no response. It has been 3 weeks. Tried callingno answer. Finally given prompt to leave a voice mail which I did. No response! Sad that businesses operate this way!

    Buyers Beware! i prefer online from this company in October, 2024 and paid for the order. The company has not shipped my merchandise. i have called and emailed the company numerous times and get the run around. i requested an order cancellation and refund my money. The company gave me the runaround. i even threatened to file a complaint with the BBB and still no refund. i will not file a formal complaint with the BBB

    Buyer beware! On 10/24/24, I ordered/paid $3,289 for an icemaker because the website said it was "In ************* to Ship." 11/04/24: Online tracking said: This item is being processed & will ship ***** hours from the purchase date. The status is the same on 12/04/24. 11/04/24: Called BBQ Grills, spoke with *****. She promised to contact the warehouse & email me the ship date. ***** sent 2 emails saying: "We dont have an update on your order status." 11/06/24: Spoke with Faith. She admitted: Website shipping timeframes are false. Items arent in stock as advertised; they are drop-shipped from vendors. Staff asked CEO **** ******* to remove the false claims, but he refused. Faith promised to send a ship date by 11/07/24 but didnt. 11/11/24: Called 4 times. No one answered. The recording says: Leave a message & well contact you in 24 hours. Left 2 messagesno reply. ***** website chatno reply. Sent 3 emails via the website form but got: Message not sent. Try later. 11/12/24: Emailed CEO **** Maltbieno reply. Sent messages via ******************** & posted publicly; my posts were hidden/deleted. Sent a LinkedIn message to **** Maltbiehe didnt reply & blocked me. 11/13/24: Emailed, called, & tried chat againno reply. 12/04/24: No reply. Theyre avoiding me, intend to keep my money without shipping the item, & wont let me cancel for a refund, which is supported by many Better Business Bureau complaints with same experiences. I filed a BBB complaint, but BBQ Grills didnt respond.FTC Violations:False Advertising: They falsely claim products are "In Stock" & "Ready to Ship in ***** hours," violating FTC's Truth in Advertising laws. Failure to Fulfill or Notify: Per FTC law, sellers must ship within the stated timeframe. If delayed, they must provide a new ship date & the option to cancel for full refund. They failed to do either. Despite multiple attempts to contact ********** **** *******, they refuse to respond or resolve it.
