  I chose to work with Precision Home Remodeling because I was impressed the portfolio of work that Ido, the CEO, showed me on his tablet and the level of professionalism he demonstrated during our initial consultation.I am impressed with the overall quality of work. The kitchen looks modern now, the white quartz is stylish and easy to clean. Our bathroom vanities look amazing and cohesive with our kitchen, as we were able to use the same countertop material and cabinets as the kitchen. Our master bathroom has a full height (counter to ceiling) quartz backsplash that is one solid piece! I was impressed with that because maneuvering and installing such a large and heavy piece was surely difficult ****************** The best I have ever seen from a contractor. Ido responds extremely fast to text messages or phone calls. He will not hesitate to call/text you back quickly regardless of whether or not it's good news or bad news, which shows how honest and upfront he is. We had a few unforeseen problems during the project (which are normal and will likely happen for most construction projects) but he was able to come up with solutions that worked for both of us. He is quite sociable as well, as he got along well with my family and they enjoy talking to him.I love how Precision Home Remodeling is the type of company that will come back to fix something if it is not right, even after you've paid them. Work is up to code and proper. Ido and his crew have a high level of attention to detail and will fix and/or finish things that I don't always need to point out beforehand. They are not afraid of doing things the right way, even if it takes extra time. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Home Remodeling for your construction needs.

  They remodeled my master bathroom and they did magnificent job. I have never worked with them before but heard good things about their remodeling work and I'm very happy I hired them. They worked hard, were professional, *** was very helpful and informed me about working progress all the time. There were not any unpleasant surprises, everything went great and final result was fantastic. Highly recommend Precision Home Remodeling inc!

  **** was so patient and professional when I had to have my whole master bathroom remodeled during Covid because of a large leak upstairs. He organized inspectors in a timely manner and helped with suggestions about the design and safety features. Delays happened not because of him, but because of delays in shipments during Covid. He was immediately available to install when these items arrived and I was so pleased with the outcome..

  My wife and I had couple of estimates, after reviewing our project with *** we knew right away that he's the guy for our complete home remodeling. *** came up with brilliant ideas that made sense how to make our home forever home! We had a budget that we wanted to stay around and *** made sure that we stayed at our budget and we got most of what we wanted to be done! We definitely would recommend Precision Home Remodeling to our family members and friends!.

  Ido showed professionalism and respect from the first day. He clearly has a lot of experience in the business, and helped me develop ideas that ended up in the beautiful interior design that I have now. *** and his team came up with a solution to modify the structure of my home, so I could turn the kitchen, dining room and living room into a large open space. I was worried at the beginning about out of control costs - but *** proved to be fair and worked with me when unexpected issues appeared. We negotiated a scope of work and a written estimate from the beginning, and I didn't pay a dollar over what was negotiated. There were budget overruns - but they came from issues that were not possible to see before starting the work. *** was clear at the beginning that, because the house is old, he didn't know what he may uncover once he removed the walls and the underfloor, and there could be extra expenses. These extra expenses came from things like uncovering a very uneven subfloor, replacing a 70 year old iron sewer, adding structure to bring things up to code, and a few other minor things. But *** was always willing to work with me on the pricing, and I found him to be pretty fair.In the end, you get what you pay for. *** delivered what he promised he would deliver. He was always on top of things, listened to all my concerns and responded very efficiently and professionally to what I asked for. Being an engineer myself, I can be strict when focusing on details, but Ido always accommodated my requests (as long as they were reasonable, of course).I was also very happy that the house was finished in the promised timeframe. There were a few minor delays because of the issues that we discovered during the construction, but overall, the project was finished on time and at a reasonable cost.My house now looks like a new house, and I'm enjoying it every day. I will definitely recommend *** and his company to anybody that is thinking of doing a remodeling job.
