      THEY ARE NOT LISTED WITH BBB IN ***********THIS IS LEGAL THEFT AND POSSIBLY A SCAM! I paid $2050.00 for this operation to give me far less information that using PeopleFinder for $35.DON'T even go there. That amount of money is only to "start the investigation". You will get no useful information.I signed before I checked them out, so I'm at fault. They were able to use a persons social security number to investigate a bank account which alerted the bank to warn their customer that someone was trying to get into their account. RIGHT! IT WAS KAY & ASSOCIATES! That action could have endangered the person who hired *** because they were contacted "are you trying to get into my account!"SLEAZY EX COP HAS BEEN LEGALLY STEALING FOR 30 YEARS. HE SHOULD BE IN PRISON.
