    I listed two **** tickets with this business who sells on multiple websites. My tickets were first sold on ***********. Then i found out today ************************ sold them a second time to ************ person buying tickets their was ***** *********. Now I find out instead of simply refunding ***** ********* and ending this. They want to rob my bank account of in excess of *******?

    Lysted sold this ticket for Mr ******* one time - Seatgeek order wxmi9wrodn. The order # Mr. ******* claims is not one of our sales. He must have sold it himself outside of Lysted

    Order wxmi9wrodn was never delivered by this seller which is why we are charging him a penalty

    This seller agreed to our terms and services at the time he signed up agreeing to deliver sold tickets or pay the associated penalty. 

    8.3. By listing a Ticket for sale, you are making a binding offer to sell that Ticket to a Buyer who purchases the Ticket at the Sales Price. When a Buyer accepts your offer by purchasing your Ticket through our Site, you are contractually bound to deliver that exact Ticket for Sales Price and within the required delivery timeframe. You are obligated to disclose in your offer to sell the Ticket any material conditions that may effect the value of the Ticket to a reasonable purchasers, such as but not limited to obstructive views, limited views, or other conditions that may effect the use and enjoyment of the Ticket. You are obligated to monitor your inventory and ensure all listings are accurate. Under no circumstances may Sellers cancel orders at one price and repost the same tickets for a higher price. Failure to fulfill your orders may result in, at Lysteds sole discretion, termination or suspension of your account, denial access to certain portions of the Services, or the assessment of other penalties.

    As such, Lysted is entitled to collect for Mr. ********* error

    I sold tickets through there platform in December and Im yet to get paid for the tickets.There policy states 10 days after the event and it has been over 40!This is ridiculous

    We have already relayed to this seller that ******* has not paid us for this order. We have escalated the order to upper management at Stubhub

    Once they remit payment to us, the payment will be released to this seller.

    Every other order this seller has completed has been paid to them, there would be no reason for us to withhold payment other than specified above

    I am rejecting this response because: Your policy states that you pay your customers 10 days after the event has concluded...it does not say anything about your partners having delays. This event happened over 40 days ago and I still have not received, this is greatly hurting my small business as I need cashflow to operate....

    I am expecting payment by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

    I hope this gets resolved as I enjoyed selling tickets on your website.

    This company owed me $317 due to no fault of my own but, rather a breakdown in communications.

    We have already told this customer the reason for the withholding of payment - It was caused by an error they made as outlined below

     

    You were in fact paid the $267 for that order on your remittance. The issue is that order we are discussing is considered broken and we were charged a penalty of $317.84 for non fulfillment. That penalty was taken against your payment leaving you with a negative remittance of $50.12






    For Chief Keef order ********* - I do see some correspondence regarding this order but am wondering why you think you would be paid for it. I show the order was never completed. I do see you had a note in your listing "Yes, I would like Lysted to Fulfill my order. Email address: *****************************" however, you never added that login to your Lysted account. Therefore there was no way for us to complete that order. I do see another email account, but not the account you had listed. Is there a reason you did not complete or fulfill the sale?

    These people owed me money from Chief Keef concerts tickets because, the event was changed and I was told I no longer need to do anything and that would fulfill the order! Honestly f*** them these people! I know thats unprofessional but, I dont care!! Their customer service is horrible!

    I listed concert tickets on a platform site called Lysted. When I listed them, I had accidentally listed them twice and reached out to the platform immediately. They told me someone would be in touch with options to rectify the problem right away. I reached out several times a day. I asked if one of the orders could be canceled. They told me no. it was free ****** ***** concert in ******** that was last night. Last night after the concert started they told me that the order for one of my tickets had been canceled. I asked them where the ticket was and they said they didnt know. The order was canceled by the marketplace and they did not have the buyer return the ticket nor did they give me the money for the ticket. The ticket was used so the buyer kept the ticket and did not have to pay because his order was canceled. Lysted Needs to either refund the money or have the buyer refund the money immediately. They have stolen from me. If their platform is being used to connect buyers and sellers through the marketplace with things such as see geek, then they should be held responsible to ensure that money is received or that tickets are returned. I received neither. Please help me get my money back. I paid $300 for each ticket for a total of $600 but only one of my tickets ended up being sold and the other was canceled so I want my 300 back.

    Customer was paid for all of his orders on his 10/11 remittance. 

    The issue as described was the issue created by the seller where they failed to deliver tickets they sold in error. We were able to complete and fulfill the missing ticket that the seller could not provide. We charged them the exact cost we paid to replace the extra ticket and complete the order $469.56

    The order itself was paid to the seller, no further action is warranted here. When the seller signed up on Lysted they agreed to our terms and conditions which explicitly states what actions will be taken if the seller is unable to deliver their tickets. That specific language is below section 8.8.1

     

    8.8. You agree and acknowledge that Lysted may charge you service fees, and collect those service fees from you directly or through one or more collection agencies, in the event that you have incurred service fees. For example, Lysted shall charge service fees in connection with your failure to abide by the terms of any transaction you have entered into with a third-party using the Services or Site. You also acknowledge that these fees are fair compensation for time and effort spent addressing your failure to abide by the terms of your transaction with one or more third parties. By way of non-limiting example, you agree and acknowledge:
    8.8.1. if the tickets are not provided to Lysted after they have sold, You agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount equal to the cost of obtaining equivalent tickets to fulfill the order.
    8.8.2. If equivalent tickets are not obtainable, You agree to pay all penalties charged by the marketplace for the unfulfilled sale.
    8.8.3. If the tickets provided are deemed to be invalid by the selling marketplace, You agree to pay all penalties charged by the marketplace for the denial of entry and refund Lysted 100% of the proceeds for that sale.

    This business provided me with an easy way to sell tickets but they charged me a fee cause my tickets were canceled, the cancellation and fees were never disclosed and due to there incompetence I have taken a major loss. Ive tried contacting them but they said they resolved the transaction in the buyers favor. I was also unaware that there was a case to resolve anything, they are very sketchy for hiding these things from me.

    The customer listed and sold tickets on our site. Regardless of why his tickets were cancelled, he is responsible for any costs associated with making the order right with the buyer.

    The seller agreed to our terms and conditions which clearly outlines his responsibilities as a seller and the possible associated charges for failing to deliver the tickets. 

    The associated charge is valid. The seller here is 100% in the wrong. This seller has harmed our business by not delivering the tickets. This failure on the sellers part caused a buyer to have a poor experience and affects our business relationship with the exchange he sold the tickets on.
