    I purchased a roof rack from Baja Voodoo who posts online at ********** for racks less than ****. I went through the process to order the rack and the price continued to increase for each additional part, bracket and cutout. I spent $2,485 for the system which is comparable to others of similar design. I have installed the roof rack, and the ladder. The awning parts were not compatible with the design of the brackets that were sent to me. I emailed ******* to voice my concerns with the craftsmanship and not being compatible but received no response. The metal is heavy duty and seems of good quality but they failed to prime the metal and it started rusting on day 1. Now I am having to wait until better weather to sand it and paint. Just by standing on the ladder, the paint was falling off. I have areas around the entire rack that are rusting each time it rains. In fact the rust was falling down on the edge of the roof and side leaving rust to settle on the paint job. This is not the quality expected from a business and i feel it mislead its consumers. I am requesting a refund of partial of purchase price
