    I purchased bov and injector cover and other items, most have not been delivered, I'm no longer getting any responses from owner I have been patient and tried working with them on other means of reimbursement, nothing worked

    I ordered a Blow off valve kit for $380 on December 24, 2023 and as of now- May 25th 2024, I have not received the product or refund. I have contacted multiple times and have been told 'give me a couple days' repeatedly. Now I have been ghosted. Theives.

    We sent him our SRT4 head to work on for our motor along with $2080.00 back in April 2023. The time frame was only supposed to be 4-6 weeks. We have been emailing since then and he just makes up a story on why they head hasnt shipped. Every week its on its going out on this day and then on that day comes and goes and then we have to email again and he just tells us another story and that its going out this week. Its always its going out this week. He never gives us a straight answer they is always a reason or some excuse. So this guy has my money and my product that I sent him to fix. I have all the emails that have been sent between my husband and SDK and between myself and SDK.

    Placed an order on 11/4/2022 for a turbo costing $1,200. They do not answer the phone but I was able to contact them through ******** Messenger 2/7/2023. I was told it would be ready mid-March. In April I reached out again and was told that there was a fire at their location and it was delayed. I asked for a refund and was told no. I reached out again today, 7/3 - 9 months after the order and an awaiting a response.

    I ordered a DNA cat back exhaust system from SDK in December of 2021. I have been getting the complete runa round every since. They keep saying it's backordered. I began demanding my money be refunded over a year ago and still nothing. I just want my $249.99 back and to go on my way. I have all the e-mails and what not to prove it.

    I dropped of my vehicle with freshly rebuilt block from another shop at SDK shop on 11/19/21 to fix a p0304 cylinder 4 misfire I could not fix myself to get my car to pass smog and I paid $1500 up front which is standard for essentially rebuilding the top end. I paid another $1900 because I was also getting a lot of other extras done to the the car like, the kinetics wire tuck, custom exhaust and intake manifolds and the list goes on. Normally in my experience the shop covers that expense and the customer pays for that when the vehicle is complete plus the labor but, I was asked to cover the parts up front so, I did even though you're never supposed to do that, so the shop is on the hook and has to complete the work to get paid but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few other things popped up and I ended up paying another $455 up front, then $560 for another few things that popped up during the rebuild process. I will say communication was good and I was receiving picture updates and recommendations to make the build better, up until May 8 2022 when I made that last $560 payment. I figured the engine would be ready in another 2 months after May from how far along the build looked in the photos I was sent so, I waited until July **************************************************************************************************** I tried ** Messenger and got an automated reply and then nothing so, I email SDK and they tell me they have problems accessing their ** page? I want to give them time to do a good job and not be a pest so, I wait until August 2022 and I ask again how the build is going and I'm told that they are having problems with the ** page and that the engine is almost ready to be installed back into the vehicle. I wait until September and ask again and I'm told 2 more weeks. In October I say that I need pictures of the car and how far along it is and I'm told they need to be at the shop to send pics. Today is 11/8/22 and nothing still no pics.

    I ordered a Turbo from SDK Motorsports on May 30th and paid $607 dollars and have a email response stating it would take 3 weeks to build and ship yet I don't have the turbo. I have emailed and reached out a total of 6 times and each someone has stated they would check on this build and ship process for me yet never got back with me. I also let them know I would do this complaint to which they said not to but haven't responded again on the next email where they said they would check on it for me.
