      I went in yesterday 4/19/23 and I had 80 dollars in four 20 dollar bills to exchange into pesos, I hand the bills to the person at the window and she then runs them through the checker machine and verifies they are real and she then tells her co worker to look at the bill and the worker says, "yes its real but it looks stained and customers won't want it" she then tells me she cannot accept it, and I ask her why not if she just checked it and saw its real and she told me the reason was because she didn't want to take it. because she did not want to give the customers stained bills. the bills I had were stained with some kind. I don't know what it was but the bills were real as she had already verified. she embarrassed me in front of the line of customers behind me. making me feel like some type of criminal. that is not right and she should be trained better. or fired.
