    On July 23, 2022, I went to the store to purchase a couple of umbrellas. I was with my two sisters. We were told we could not open the umbrellas, unless we purchased them. They had some hanging from the ceiling as samples, but at the far end of the store, they had the beach umbrellas which I wanted. They had no samples of the ones I chose. The store staff told me I could not open them unless I purchased them. I purchased two umbrellas and opened each one to check them. One of the men, who said he was in charge told me I could not open it, but I told him I had bought it already. He said I could hurt someone like a child and to open it outside on the sidewalk. I told her there weren't any children and the store was almost empty (3 adults to my far right side next to the counter and my two sisters to my left two isles away). There were no children in the store, and I checked to make sure. I told him more people were walking on the side walk outside the store and for sure I would hurt someone there, so I opened the umbrellas, one at a time and being very careful because that is what I had been told I could do prior to purchasing it. One of the male staff was very rude and argumentative stating I could not return my purchase nor get my money back regardless if the product was broken or I did not like it. I told him that was not right and asked for my money back. All three staff refused stating the owner did not authorize any refunds and that is the owners policy- no returns and no refunds. I told them I had just purchased them, but did not like the material inside (plastic wires) and they were being very rude. They refused to give me the owners name, telephone number and they refused to give me their names. They told me to look it up myself. I told them I would file a complaint with the BBS because what they were doing was not right. I paid $15.13 with my debit card for both umbrellas.
