      The company is Hartman Home Transformation. I paid $12,000 for the house to be painted in February or March 2024. And it doesnt look like the house was painted at all. Theres dirt at the bottom of the house. I tried to washed it down with water but it doesnt work. Per the salesman ****** this is under warranty (50 years). Also, the gutters and garage door should have been painted with the price. ****** the salesman said they would prepare the cracks in the stucco and there werent any cracks in the stucco. They were to apply life time coating to the house. The house has been painted less than a year ago and it doesnt look like the house has even been painted at all.

      Hello Ms. ************* am sorry that you have dirt on the bottom of your home. As you did lost you do have a 50 year warranty on the product. It should have a nice look to it still.       I disagree with your response. Its more than just dirt on the walls. The house doesnt look like its been painted at all. Yes, its been a year and 2 months since the house been painted. But it shouldnt look the way it looks. On the contract it says that you will be during a Full Coating System on the house and it wasnt done. If it was done the house wouldnt look like it wasnt painted. The helper told me that I was being charged too much money for the house to be just painted only. On the contract it says not to paint the gutters. So, why did you strip the paint off the gutters? So, the gutters need to be painted also. And you might as well paint the garage. I want my entire house painted over again and apply the Full Coating System. Because your company did not do a good job the first time.

      December 21, 2022; Hartman Home Transformations - $15,000.00 loan at 6.99% interest; Solar Panels $17,745.00 loan at *****% interest. The company that came to my home to sign me up didn't explain the financing process. I wasn't told two lenders would be used & that there would be two interest rates &wouldn't have signed if I knew. The representatives failed to properly explain the contract. The 3 men introduced themselves as Hartman Home Transformation representatives & signed me up for the Home Filtration System, Water Heater, ************************ was told that I would get a 10 month supply of some shampoos, conditioners, & other cleaning soaps. We only received the soaps etc. once. The filtration system& Water Heater were installed. We were told air conditioning (HVAC) would be installed in the home& I called them to ask why the air conditioning system hasn't been installed &they said it wasn't part of the contract.The solar panels weren't finished&the area where the control box was installed was wet after a rainy ******* realized they damaged the roof when installing everything. They didn't send the electrician to inspect. The solar panels aren't connected due to this, but I'm paying loan installments. I am afraid that the solar panels or the control box may catch fire. I called them to finish the job and they said that someone would get in touch with me to schedule&that never happened. I called Hartman Home Transformations &was brushed off &told to call the loan lenders. They took advantage of the language barrier as I am fluent in Spanish.I felt they would not leave my house if I didn't sign. I signed under distress& felt under pressure. I know that the agents that approached me were under Hartman Home Transformations, but the paperwork has other company names, which wasn't explained to me.       We apologize for the miscommunications, but we always strive to enforce that our representatives are transparent in their sales. We are very serious about this and would not go through with a sale that we did not feel secure about.

      The soaps are only ordered once on our part and our customers are then responsible for ordering whenever they please at no cost. We can send instructions on how to do this at her preferred email address. 

      After investigating, we came to the conclusion that we only completed plumbing work for *****************************, not the solar. We recommend she reach out to her solar provider. Based on our records, this appears *************: *****************. We hope this information is beneficial.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The gentleman that signed me up came under the name of Hartman Transformations, we were unaware of ***************** until we called you to ask what was going on. The soaps we were advised were free for 10 months or so. I understand the technical aspect of what you show was quoted, but the oral quotes were different and we were misinformed. Just like the gentlemen came in to my home under your company name, we would like everything to get sorted out altogether by your company. Please facilitate the return and refund of all the product installed - water filter and solar. Please facilitate the removal as well.

      We apologize for not thoroughly clarifying that the solar panels were from *****************. Hartman Transformations does home fixtures predominantly pertaining to repipes and drains. 

      Unfortunately you misunderstood it is a separate company and we have nothing to do with the solar contract. 
      All the products you purchased from us (water filtration) have been installed and working. 

      If you need your soap products we can get them to you ASAP as there is a subscription. However, you must contact your solar provider regarding your solar project.

      Oct 17,2023 They came to my door to check my water. They did a test and said my water was filled with chemicals. They told me not to drink the water or take a shower. They installed a water filter. Then we sit down to talk. The service comes with organic soaps and cleaning products. At no cost. By the end they had me sign a contract for $10,000 which would be paid off by products received. I called my ******** ********** to ask about our water. They told me they test water everyday and there was nothing wrong with our water.
