    This is a company that offers reviews and resources to study for a test. They never answer their phones or return their calls. Anyway, I connected with them via chat because that is all they do for their costumer support and I requested before my period of renewal to cancel one of the memberships and leave only the test bank for me. Regardless, they ended up charging me for the class I cancelled before the cancellation time just as I was supposed to do it. Anyway, they ended up charging me with another month and they refuse to give me those transcripts. I got one of those transcripts where it states I just want to keep the test bank and they are still denying the fact I wanted to cancel everything else. I have those transcripts. The picture I am enclosing is only one part of the whole conversation because they refuse to give me the rest of the conversation

    Customer purchased two Qbanks with overlapping service dates, and one was refunded. Customer also purchased a course subscription and did not cancel it or reach out to cancel it. Per our refund policy, subscriptions are non-refundable ********************************************************************************;

    I am rejecting this response because: I did ask them to leave ONLY the q bank as the only part of the conversation they provided me stated. They are not being honest because they have the part where it stated I did not want the course. I only had 2 things purchased so if I am saying only it is well understood that I wanted to get rid of the other only part I had so if from 2 items I had I am rejecting one then there is no other one. They do have the whole conversation because I mentioned I dont want to keep the course any more but then they switch costumer  service person and I had to start over again. Any way, they know and in order to keep the question bank I will gladly give them those 150 dollars they charged me for nothing but it is not fair business. I just dont want retaliatory actions against me and the study bank.
