    I Purchased a YesWelder CT2050 The product was defective. I contacted customer service about the product causing circuit faults and shorting internally. Was asked to provide a video in order to receive assistance, despite describing the hazard. I provided the video as requested, the product shorted internally and caught fire and smoked up a firedepartment. I received this email in response to the requested video; "*** (YesWelder Support)May 13, 2024, 4:20AM EDT Hey ****, Thanks for the update. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, we will arrange for a refund on your order, and no need to return the welder. And will it be okay please to send us a photo of the inside of the machine? Also, we will need a photo of the serial number located at the back of the machine so we can proceed in processing your replacement. Once we have this complete information, we will update you with the tracking details once available. We appreciate your kind understanding and hope you have a great day ahead! Let us know please if you need further assistance. Sincerely,*** and the YesWelder Team YesWelder Team is here to help.www.YesWelder.com Enjoy welding with YesWelder"Proceeded to only receive a partial refund and was told I will not be receiving a replacement welder.The product is within the warranty period.I want a replacement welder that functions.
