    website is www.riot.energy - product is energy drinks. company offers subscription service as well as direct orders. On 6.30.23 I placed an order in the amount of $67.98. I realized immediately that the pay method I used defaulted to an old address and immediately contacted the company via email, telephone (vm) and through the website portal asking that the order be cancelled and indicating that I was re-placing it for the correct address (ended up doing it through their subscription service). That order number is #RIOT7354. I called a second time and sent a second email - vm box was full, however, and I never received any response; the package shipped anyway. I then called to ask that they cancel the shipment and contacted via email as well to no avail. I took steps to have the delivery refused, and it was ultimately returned to the company as of July 10, 2023. Tracking number is fedex 780566098448 and tracking indicates it was signed for by "WWINTERS." To date I have not been refunded for this package return. On July 14, 2023 my second 'subscription' order was due to ship. The order was to be for 4 boxes and the account page on their site shows that it was shipped and fulfilled and I was charged $122.35. ONLY 2 of the 4 boxes were shipped and received. Order Number is 7484 and tracking is fedex 7*********85. Oddly the fedex system indicates a label was created for THREE parcels and then cancelled in full by the shipper- although in fact 2 were received. I have again reached out by phone 3x, email, and the site and left two voicemails [vm box full the 1st time] with no response. I am have been overcharged 61.18. Total funds fraudulently withheld is 129.16.
