    On November 1st 2023, I, K**** ******, placed an order with Underwood Ranches for "3 Pack 16/17/18oz Dragon Sriracha , Chili Garlic ,Spicy BBQ Sauce 17oz". The order number for this purchase is Order #9539. See attached receipt for proof of purchase. Credit Card statement showing purchase is available upon request.

    I inquired about the order first on November 8th because I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. An email was received from Thomas Walsh who is listed as the Underwood Ranches Sales contact. Thomas Walsh's email read "Did you receive confirmation for this order, I do not see it in our orders nor shipping system? Did you get billed for it? We had some strange things happen when we launched our new website, the migration had some glitches."

    After replying to Thomas with the attached receipt of purchase, Thomas did not respond. I replied back to Thomas on November 14th, and did not receive a response.

    On December 1st 2023, using the underwood ranches "contact us" page, I once again submitted a question asking about the status of my order. I have not received a response by Underwood Ranches.

    Hello, responding to the complaint from K**** ******, we are truly sorry for the confusion with your order, we have hand delivered your order to USPS 12/13 Tracking # 9434 8112 0623 9868 7366 46, we have also refunded your order. Again we apologize, we are going through some growing pains and are implementing new procedures so issues like these do not happen again.
