    Bought a high cube 40' container.
    Was promised doors and latches functioned properly and were all tested.
    Left door hinge rusted so bad one person could not open or close the door reqired two grown men to move the door. There is no pre delivery check of doors they just send you whatever they can send out.
    They do not stand behind what they sell they offer a self help video then offer to have a driver look at it sometime when they are making a delivery near you. Whenever that would happen? Waited a month did not load or use the container waiting on resolution. You pre pay for these sight un seen and you just get what you get with no recourse for any problems.
    Will never buy sight un seen again.

    Thank you for comments. I am sorry to hear that your frustrations continue.
    To clarify I actually spoke with you recently on the phone where discussed squaring the front frame of the container. The issues you are describing are almost certainly related to that; which is a site issue not a container issue.
    I also mentioned to you that there are 3 separate inspection points in which the container goes through where the doors are heavily scrutinized before the container is dispatched to you. Your container passed all of these inspections.
    In any case your business and satisfaction is important to us. We will do our best to put priority on having someone come out to evaluate with you with a goal of the next 1 - 2 weeks.

    Note really super satisfied.
    I bought a WW 20ft container. The communication with the driver was not there. He was not informed to call us before he left. He was very nice and did a great job placing the container. The contain is in very very rough shape, not convinced it is WW tight the door seal has duct tape to repair large sections. the floor is trashed and 3 panels that are loose with nothing holding them down.

    We do guarantee them to be Wind & Water Tight and many clients find them a good fit for their storage needs.
