1 starThis company refuse to identify themselves as a debt collector, but will continue to harass people. They have called me 9 times in one day on a number never provided to them. When asked to spell the name of the business the person on the phone became annoyed and demanded I identify myself. A previous called got annoyed and loud when I asked if they were a debt collector yes or no formatted question. Since all debt collector are required to identify themselves this company is direct violation. They are loud, demanding and rude. Do your research about this company and any company unwilling to identify themselves.Review fromBeth W

1 starThis debt company is harassing me for a payment I don't owe to a fraudulent alarm company, Apex Smart Homes. Apex Smart Homes broke into my rental unit, removed the existing alarm control pad, installed theirs illegally, and harassed me for payment. It seems like they have sold the non-existent debt to this scamming company.Review fromLEE H

What a joke of a business. Sending me a letter from a pool service company that I do not ow a dime to. I respond, exactly as they state in their letter. I send my response by USPS priority mail with signature to the exact address they provide on their letter, which is a PO box. My letter sits in their PO box for over a week, uncollected and not signed for.. I call them to find out what is going on and why they do not collect their PO box mail. Could not get any real response. Totally clueless. This does not sound like a legitimate business. What business doesn't collect their mail. Really sketchy. Sound like a sham of an operation. My letter will shortly be returned to sender. All because of their lazy, unprofessional attitude. If my letter is returned to sender, it will go in the shredder and that will be that. I have done my part, exactly as I was supposed to. What a joke of a business A.R.M. Solutions, Inc is. They shouldn't even have a license.

First, we want to assure Mr. H*** that we are a legitimate business and that we have a dedicated team to collect our mail daily, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Despite our best efforts of clearing our mailboxes daily, we did not receive the notification of certified mail pending pick up until 9/17/2024. Immediately upon receiving the notification from the post office, we retrieved the mail and signed the receipt confirming pickup. Our records indicate that we spoke with Mr. Hide when he called in on 9/13/2024 and he informed our agent that the account was in dispute and the account was updated to reflect a disputed status. On 9/18/2024, our client adjusted the balance due on the account down to $0 and closed the account in our office.Review fromAndi G

1 starCustomer service and "supervisors" are not at all helpful with resolving issues with their system.

This debt company is harassing us for a payment we don't owe for EcoShield pest solution
They sent me a receipt with the option of contesting the amount. Which I did.
They completely ignored my request sending me another letter.

Although we were unable to locate an account in our system that matches the name and information provided in this review, we can assure you that we take disputes seriously. We have policies and procedures in place to resolve these matters compliant with both Federal regulations and applicable State laws. Be careful when dealing with this company. If you attempt to use a credit or debit card to pay they will charge 10% as a fee. They are pushing people to use their checking account information to pay.ARM Solutions

A.R.M. Solutions, Inc. never charges a fee for payment. Our payment processor does assess a fee for some payment methods, but those are charged by them and retained by their company. There are additional payment methods that do not incur any fee. All of this is explained prior to every payment, which the payee must agree to prior to processing any payment.
