    My wife and I decided to put D**** my son in a private school around town. (Camarillo)
    The school's name is Cornerstone Christian School.
    My son D**** who was 9 at the time and had an IEP and diagnosis joined the school 4th Grade.
    I met with the principal and teacher and conveyed his IEP status provided a copy and shared resources and facilitated a meeting between the school and Behavioral Therapist and the former School district Team.
    I made suggestions on how to deal with D**** and asked for him not to be reprimanded at the principal’s office. Without warning, I received a letter terminating D**** the same week and I confronted the principal and she admitted to expelling stating that she could not accommodate D**** even after his acceptance over a month and a half of discriminating against an autistic child.
    Furthermore, she wanted him out the same week not allowing time for us to put him in another school which made it very hard for us with lost work time and a lot of distress, We feel very wronged the actions are inappropriate and discriminatory to D**** and others like him. I need this entity to be penalized and held responsible and return all monies received from me and also be known on their records and investigation on the population of kids with IEP and autism and acceptance into the school and how they deal with them and disallow this discriminatory behavior and to be made known to the public to be aware of such wrong-doing. It did further cause us a lot of distress as parents and should be subject to the utmost reprimand. I ask that your entity place the appropriate weight on them including denial of operation. I do realize the limitation of my demands but to the extent possible,
