- If a fire extinguisher loses pressure, it is covered under our one (1) year limited warranty as long as the tamper seal that holds the pull pin in place remains intact. Once the service is authorized and is performed there are no refunds. We will partially refund anyone that provides a previous invoice from a competitor for a lesser amount with the difference as long as the invoice reflects the same service that was performed by us. In extreme cases and at our discretion we may offer a refund in return for our certification tags, collars, or stickers thus releasing our liability for the customers equipment.
