    RR Living is writing to formally lodge a complaint against the company, Vector97 (formerly Refuse Specialists), regarding ongoing harassment and erroneous billing practices directed at our company. Since December 2021, we have clearly communicated our intention to part ways with Vector97, yet the company has continued to send invoices and demand payment for services that we have neither received, accepted nor utilized. It has come to our attention that certain documents have been falsified, including signatures on contracts that incorrectly indicate a renewal of our agreement. These actions are not only unprofessional & unethical but also illegal. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, we have received no satisfactory resolve. The constant demand for funds that are not owed is creating unnecessary stress for our team and disrupting our operations. We request that the company cease all communication regarding these false invoices immediately and provide us with written confirmation that our account has been closed, along with a detailed explanation of the inaccuracies in your records. Should this matter remain unresolved, we will have no choice but to escalate our complaint to the appropriate regulatory bodies and consider further legal action.
