      Product is not as advertised. Not even close. I bought two mattress pads for a queen sized bed. It cannot even cover the top of the mattress. Furthermore they advert showing the pad wrapped around the edge of the mattress. I included photos to prove my point. They do not allow negative reviews to be posted. They will not respond.

      Purchased this mattress after researching and reading reviews. All the reviews are positive. I've submitted 3 reviews negative with NO response from the company and my negative reviews do not appear on their website. ALL reviews negative and positive should be posted. I purchased a specific organic mattress because I'm chemical sensitive, yet the "free" sheets they sent were not organic. The mattress is EXTREMELY heavy especially for seniors. The mattress is sagging on each side from where we sleep. Due to the fact that they are NOT posting negative reviews, I doubt their mattress is even organic since both my husband and I wake stuffed up every am. I believe the company is a fraud due to their dishonesty by not posting negative reviews and lack of acknowledging customer concerns.

      family-owned company, and over the last 15 years, the owners have dedicated
      themselves to promising PlushBeds products are the best natural and organic
      sleep products available. We undergo rigorous inspections annually to qualify
      as one of only a few dually certified organic factories in the United States.
      This means third-party inspectors come to our factory each year so we can be recertified
      to ensure our products, manufacturing process, and inventory meets the specific
      standards to qualify as an organic factory.

      Our
      marketing and web development teams were informed of the review error you received
      when you sent our customer service team a message on 22 Nov 2022 advising us
      you were unable to leave a negative review.

      Regrettably,
      your 100-night trial expired on 2 July 2022; and there was no contact with our
      customer service team during your 100-night sleep trial. The only communication
      we received from you was on 22 Nov 2022 to notify us you could not leave a
      negative review and would be contacting the BBB. We are unable to provide a
      refund for a mattress that is over six months outside of the trial period. Fortunately,
      your mattress is covered by a lifetime limited warranty; someone from our
      customer service team will contact you to help with submitting a warranty claim.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      I REJECT this companies' response.

      I reject the response. From their response "PlushBeds is a family-owned company", does this some way make them a non-corrupt company?  I think not.    You look on their website ALL reviews are positive 5 star, not 1 is negative yet I submitted 3 TIMES a negative review.  A consumer cannot make an accurate decision when a company neglects to show ALL reviews.  My husband and I are in our 60's this mattress is EXTREMELY heavy and awkward to move around/turn.




      We built a new home and the mattress was stagged for when it was completed.  We never moved in until 7/15 and in less than 6 months showing indentations.

      When a company is "hiding" stuff hard to believe anything they say.

      We appreciate your feedback on this issue. Unfortunately, the sleep trial on your mattress expired July 2022. Your mattress is however, covered by a lifetime limited warranty. A representative from our customer service team has attempted to contact you to start a warranty claim.  Please contact our customer service team if you are interested in starting this process.

      Dare of transaction is 11/12/2022 for 28.00. I purchased a Gengar pillow as pictures below will show. They will not respond to emails.
