  I work for a non profit animal rescue. I decided to invest in a nicer wheel that advertised itself as 'quiet' and able to withstand larger pets up to 22 pounds. My pet was 13 pounds and very energetic. My pet broke this wheel within about 3 months. I contacted the company and they offered to ship me a replacement part, and had me jump through some hoops to get it. It took weeks to arrive, and when I put the part on, the wheel still wasn't working. Repeat this scenario two more times of sending them emails, waiting for a response, getting a part that didn't work.. rinse and repeat. Finally I get what i need to reconstruct the wheel, but as soon as my pet ran on it, it collapsed and this very heavy wheel almost feel right onto my pet's back. Upon telling One Fast Cat what happened, they told me they'd be willing to send me a replacement if I still had the original box. After informing them that I did not have the original box, they instructed me to go buy one, and send the wheel back (at my expense?) but if the wheel is dirty or not packed properly, or missing parts, they would not send me a replacement. At this point, they are being so rude and obviously making a replacement as difficult to get as possible, I let them know that because the product seems poorly made and potentially hazardous, they need not worry about sending another. I am appalled at the awful experience I had and lousy product that they are falsely advertising as heavy duty. This was an absolute waste of money and terribly frustrating experience. I now have no money an no exercise wheel.

  I am a verified buyer and I love my cat wheel, my cat loves it.
  I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry at the complaints I read about on this site....
  But yeah, the order took about two weeks longer before I even heard from the company. They took the initiative to let me know they had a huge backlog but we're processing the order and it would arrive in another week, offering to cancel the order and provide a refund.
  I continued with the order and I'm glad I did. At first glance, the parts appeared to be cheap plastic but when put together, it's really sturdy and stable. It's light weight, portable, stable, reletively quiet - depending on how the cat uses it - and super easy to put together. The instructions are clear and the parts are almost impossible to put together wrong because of the design. The hardest part is lining up the foam tiles on the wheel.
  Blind Cat Rescue and Sanctuary is where I first heard about these wheels and years later, I bought one myself last month.
  I love it, my cat loves it. I'm so glad I bought it. Affordable too, the other wheels cost WAY more. I wouldn't call this the Rolls Royce of cat wheels but I doubt your car is a Rolls Royce either, mine isn't...so for me, it's perfect!
  About six feet tall / diameter so consider that space and where you will put it. My cat would never be able to exercise or have fun like this without One Fast Cat, because she's indoor and I'm poor. Thanks One Fast Cat!
  Legit the only problem I have is that the other cat hasn't been able to be trained on the wheel because my cat loves it so much and wants to use it when we try to train...lol.

  The product is a complete piece of garbage. The reviews on Amazon are real; One Fast Cat’s website is one of those websites like Temu that shows just about everything as having perfect reviews. I had the same experience as Sam B. did (previous review on here).
